If you are a current West Platte student, you may request a copy of your transcripts by going to the high school office.
If you are a graduate of West Platte and you need a copy of your school transcripts, you will need to fill out a transcript request form. You may contact the District office at (816) 640-2236 to request a form or download the form HERE . You will need to provide:
- Your full name
- Year of graduation or last year attended
- Social security number
- Date of birth
- Address for the transcripts to be mailed to
You can request to have your transcripts mailed, emailed or faxed, however, transcripts are not official if they aren't mailed or picked up in person.
Dual Credit Transcript Request
If you earned dual credit during high school, you need to request that an official transcript from that college be sent to the college you are attending this Fall. To be considered an official transcript, it needs to be sent by mail directly from the sending college to the receiving college. You need to be the one to request it because the college requires payment and your signature to release your transcript.
